Card Security Updates
Your
ID card identifies you as a member of the University of
Maryland Community. It is also a building key and debit
card. To protect your personal identity and integrity
of your ID card, your new ID card needs to be
re-encoded with enhanced security features.
IMPORTANT!!!
By Tuesday, October
24th, student ID cards that have not been re-encoded
will cease to function in the dining
halls, convenience shops, quick service, and Terrapin
Express locations.
To make this process more
convenient for students, a re-encoding station has been
added at the following location and times:

Service Desk located on the first floor of the Mitchell
Building, Monday - Friday, between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30
p.m
